Neptune City residents Herbert and Ellen Jackson celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary at Coral Harbor Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. The beloved Asbury Park couple’s enduring love was honored by the skilled nursing facility with a special celebration attended by residents and staff. Herbert and Ellen’s journey began in 1948 when they married in Asbury Park. Their shared passion for dance and faith played a significant role in their lives together. The couple, who have two children, made lasting contributions to the community, including founding Faith Baptist Church. Their secret to a long marriage: “family and good food.” Coral Harbor, known for top-notch care, hosted the event and holds a five-star CMS rating.
