Allow the guest relations team to convert one of our lounges into your own personal celebration hall. Keep your mind occupied! Check the weekly and monthly activities flyer located on bulletin boards for updates on ongoing events including Rock n’ Roll BINGO, live music performances, pizza party night, movie nights and sports events in our spacious lounge.
Certain pets are allowed as visitors. To have a pet visit, please speak to guest services and provide veterinary records. Once records have been approved, guest services will provide the guidelines for pet visits. Pets may only visit with patients in designated areas of the center and only in patient rooms when accommodations are private.
Guest relations can provide a number of additional services for you to remove the burden from your family and friends.

Restaurant Pick-Up & Delivery
If you have a special dining request during your stay, we are able to bring many of the finest area restaurants to you. We can deliver your order on a rolling table with linen, silverware and beverages. The only fee you incur is from the restaurant for the meal and delivery. Snack & soda vending machines are located in the basement staff lounge area.
Barber & Beauty Services
Area barbers and beauticians come to Coral Harbor Rehab for the convenience of our patients. Appointments may be scheduled through Guest Services or the front desk concierge. *Service-based fees apply.
A manicurist visits Coral Harbor Rehab weekly for scheduled appointments. Payment for the service can be made directly to the manicurist.
To schedule a manicure, please contact Guest Services.
Local newspapers are delivered to patient floors daily and can be brought directly to your room. Additional copies are in the main lobby. Publications in foreign languages are available by contacting Guest Services.
Certain affidavits, deeds and powers of attorney may not be legally enforceable without notarization. Notary services can be provided for legal documents such as wills, deeds and trusts, medical documents and power of attorney.
Mail is delivered to each nursing unit Mon-Fri. *Excluding holidays
Outgoing mail can be given to a member of the nursing staff who will place it in the unit’s outgoing mail box. The outgoing mailbox is located at the front nursing station for daily pickup.

Letters arriving after your discharge will be forwarded to your home address.
Postage stamps & mail receptacles are FREE!
Persons of all faiths are welcome.
Patients are welcome to invite their personal spiritual and pastoral clergy to Coral Harbor Rehab at any time during their stay.
For Catholic patients, a priest will visit on Friday mornings to give communion.
Interfaith Services are held semi-monthly.

Patients, family members and guests can enjoy wireless internet in patient rooms and waiting areas throughout the center. Patients may stay connected with family and friends during their stay. The wireless network allows guests to surf the web, check email and chat with friends and family on their personal laptop computers. To request access, please ask your nurse or contact Guest Services. 4 desktop computers and stations are available for guest use in the 2nd Floor Lounge!
Skype and Video Calls Private video calls with family and friends can be arranged by contacting Guest Services. Breezie tablets and stands are available for all patient guests!
