Meet Our Heart Hero, Tom Snyder of Mended Hearts!
We’d like you all to meet Tom Snyder, a proud member of Mended Hearts Jersey Shore Chapter and someone we consider to be a Heart Hero.
Tom is a volunteer at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and the Secretary of Mended Hearts. On a daily basis Tom pays visits to patients who have had acute cardiac surgery. He is passionate about heart health and preventative measures to assure that patients recover with all of their personal needs met.
His advice is to eat right, stay active and have a network of positive people in your life!
